When, in 1919, George P. Reintjes founded a specialty refractory contracting service from its predecessor Kansas City Construction Co., he created a distinctive tradition of specialized construction unparalleled in the marketplace. His insistence on combining old-fashioned attention to detail with the latest in refractory technology built his company into the significant multi-national presence of today. With more than eighty years of refractory and corrosion experience, Geo. P. Reintjes Co. has pioneered many techniques which are now the standards in various industries. Our innovative methods and can do attitude has led our organization through the 20th Century and has now positioned us to continue this tradition into the next millennium.
